There is a known issue with mice in the extreme southern hemisphere. Due to solar flares, Hobart is subjected to extremely high doses of anti-two-button-mouse rays and Victoria Bitters... Nah...sorry - what about checking your BIOS settings? I'm assuming that you're plugging into a PS/2 mouse port, correct?
