it can't get irq0, specify it in your conf.modules 'options ne irq=X'

My latest run in with a tulip card (dlink 5 something) the card wanted irq
128 we all got a nice laugh out of it untill the supplied util disk
couldn't change it off of 128.

Hmm sorry i only solve one resource conflict per email ;)
debuging serial ports is one of those hands one trial and error things
