Windows TOOK a dump, or Windows IS a DUMP? Hmmm...

Meanwhile, you should have a little clipboard icon sitting in your
system tray - you should be able to use THAT for copy/pasting -
otherwise, if your normal CTRL-C / CTRL-V doesn't work, something might
be amiss...
