PUP is not a good utility as far as my printers are concerned. HTH
PUP never worked for me. I found the CUPS utility better. If your printer gets into a jam it's much faster to remove it and define a new one in the CUPS utility. OTOH, in 9.0 I find MCC easiest of all for defining printers, but still use CUPS utility for job monitoring etc. Anne
