No, I believe that's a startup script which links to wherever mozilla is installed in. You can try starting mozilla in a console by just typing "mozilla", but I'm not sure if it'll give you the correct warnings. Does it give you any warnings? Else you will have to find out where mozilla get's installed in, and try directly accessing the binary via the console. If there is a right-problem, it should warn you... or if it's the java plugin you installed, it'll tell you some more info.
