What about running XP inside of VMWare (or Lin4Win or Bochs) instead of running Linux inside of XP? I run Win98, Win95, MS-DOS 3.3, MS-DOS 6.22 w/QEMM 7.8 and Desqview/X, OS/2, Win3.11, WinME, WinNT 4.0+, Win2k Pro, WinXP Pro, MDK 9, Slackware 3.6 (and working on BeOS 5.0.3) all in VMWare windows...without ever having to leave the comfort of my RH 7.3+...saves heaps of time, and saves having to reboot...
