No - we made it clear to them from the start that we have a home lan, and they happily stayed on line with me for an hour when we first started, to find the fault in my setup - which turned out to be purely a mistake on my part, and they were pleasant throughout. We have 6 computers and three telephone extensions on the line, and it causes no problems. Anne
