Hi, Seve,

Some older BIOSes have a limitation on the size of ide drives they can
handle.  We're running Mandrake 5.3 on three machines here.  Two of them
have 10.1 GB ide drives as their root drives.  Unfortunately, only 7.5
GB of the drives are usable.  I don't think there's a size limit on scsi
drives.  In these same machines, we also have 18 GB scsi drives, of
which we're using all 18 GB.  Good luck,
