To see the differences between the levels just look in the 'Network and System 
Options' Tabs.  As you change the security level, the default settings for 
each of the individual tests change.  You can of course use these Tabs to 
customise your security level.

You will almost certainly regret setting security any higher than 'standard or 
higher' .  (It will be so secure, you will be unable to do apparently 
innocent activities)
