Hi Anne, I do not know Lotus Approach, but for MySQL there is a nice web-interface called phpMyAdmin which works wonderfully when you have Apache running. MyAdmin assists you in creating queries and reports. I find it very good and useable. You can find phpMyAdmin at http://www.phpwizard.net/projects/phpMyAdmin/ You do need to have MySQL up and running for this to work though. There is info on that on the Web, on the list here too. If you have a problem getting MySQL up and running I may be able to help you a bit. I have something on paper here that got me this far :-) Good luck, Paul -- Ne'er put your arm out farther than you draw it back easily again. -Scottish Proverb http://nlpagan.net - OS:Linux Mandrake 8.2 - E-mail:Sylpheed 0.8.8
