I love 9.0 but have to use it on an older machine because it doesn't like the chipset on my newest computer but 8.2 will work flawlessly on it. Not sure if any problems would incur if you choose 'upgrade' when you put disk one of 9.0 in. It worked for 8.2 but I actually prefer a clean install. Walt
