That Is Not a Mandrake rpm.
Current cooker version as of today is glibc-2.3.1-6mdk and mdk does not
split the pkg for glibc-common.

For any mucho important pkg never mix distros.
If you Have Got to have 2.3.1 then either try to rebuild the cooker
src.rpm or build it from the src tarball from
http://ftp.gnu.org/pub/gnu/glibc/glibc-2.3.1.tar.gz.

If you insist on installing a pre-built rpm for 2.3.1, even the cooker
rpms, you will lay waste to your system.
