Your /usr/lib/mozilla-1.1/plugins folder should contain rpnp.so from your Real Player download. I also find it useful to create a symlink from /usr/lib/mozilla-1.1/ to /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins That way Opera and Konqueror will find the mozilla plugins with their default plugin paths, and you will not need to adjust them.
