Hi John,

The first thing I would do to correct this problem is Uninstall all the
Mozilla packages and then reinstall them. first though, just for the same
of curiosity, check the path that is given in the error message to verify
that the file it's complaining about is indeed "not" there.

Once you've installed the app things should be ok then.

I fixed it myself without really knowing what I did.
I found a file, cannot remember what it was called, sorry, inhome
directory, deleted it and rebooted, a bit winblowish I know,
but it created a new file and all went quiet.

No, I would loose everything, all the settings etc, and that did not happen,
no it was something else, and it rebooted to normal, no more error messages.
I have a vague feeling it was some mysterious file inside.mozilla but as I say
I cannot remember. Since then I have also had a spring clean in home directory
and got rid of some other bits and pieces, like for instance mplayer compile
and install error messages files I came across in home/tmp, all sorts of
odd tempary files and such went out in a general clearance. It is amazing
how much home directory fills with it all, you don't notice it half the
time.

I'm sorry anne but I cannot remember, all I can say is it was some
ummemorable unusual file that I simply am not daily familiar with.
