[newbie] to install or upgrade 6.1?

I have seen various posts on this and since I ordered Mandrake 6.1
yesterday, I hope
I can get an "official" answer.  Should I UPGRADE 6.0 or should I wipe /
and /user and start over?

I hope to leave my /home alone ( no pun intended ) since I have quite a
lot of stuff there now.
