Error scenario: When using urpmi or rpmdrake, there is an error about package not found before accessing the CD-ROM. Another possible error message is "Everything already installed." Why: The installer misconfigured the medium description of Contribution packages. Solution: Insert the Installation CD (CD-ROM #1) and issue the command "urpmi.update cdrom8" as root. and if the Powerpack CD is the one in the drive, you get all the new packages in the proper places (ie; correct CDrom name, when asked to change CDroms) so you can select or urpmi to your fingers contentent. either that or boot from the cdrom and "updtae packages only", but I think that way takes forever
