Keep a copy, if you feel like it, email the
copy directly to the offerder. It doesn't
need policeing. If the offender won't post
politely and it irritates you, killfile
him/her. If they don't get answers they'll
change their posting style or go away.
If we make a FAQ (big if), you could send
the person a pointer to it with a gentle
reminder that nice posts tend to get more
responses.
