I'm not sure I understand what you want to do. Do you want to access your various Hotmail accounts using a mail client like Outlook or any other client that can read multiple accounts? I set my wife up with hotwayd, which lets your computer act like a pop3 server to interface with Hotmail. She can access her Hotmail account without going to that dreadful website.
