It looks broken to me but I wanted to confirm it before I report it as a bug.
On my system I get database lookup timeouts.
(The default path to the local database is also a PITA since it points to a directory the user does not have write permission for)
(If you check it out make sure you use a CD that is not already in the local database.)

on the discs either.
