Well, since I use my right hand to do page-up/down, I
typically leave my left hand where it is on the "home" row
(over ASDF) and just reach down and hit "shift with my left
hand. :-) Never tried it with Right shift. It's my
understanding that some commands are particular if you use
the left shift or right shift or left control or right
control, etc. :-)
