i'd hate to dash your hopes,
but release candidates are there for people to try,
so that bugs and issues can be ironed out.

if you as facing such massive problems,
and yet bear such high hopes on mdk 9.1
you SHOULD report the issues,
(if they haven't already been reported)
and try to find solutions for them.
else whatever failed will probably continue with mdk 9.1.
