WOW COOL!  I wasn't having such an issue with the linuxconf help window but when i'd 
start xchat it'd place the window half way off the top of the screen (so i couldn't 
grab the titlebar) making it (i thought) unusable unless i switched to iceWM which 
will let me place the window with my mouse when a program starts. (dunno if there was 
a way to make fluxbox do that... or KDE)


Another one of those really spiffy tips that i wouldn't have known if i hadn't been 
here!
