Hi, Owen. It looks as though the burner is set up correctly (it needs to be scsi-emulated to burn). If that's so, it's just a matter of sorting out the software. Preferences differ on this, but I know XCDRoast best. In that you have to use the setup to enable it to see the drive - and I think that has to be done as root - but this is a once only operation. After that you should be able to use it as user. You use the 'master tracks' to select the files you want to burn.
