Did you get the glibc2 version?  If you're running RH or Mandrake,
you need this.  Also there is another dir of glibc2 stuff you need to
install first.

If not, it won't work.  Read the install instrucs on thier website to
make sure you did this.
If you did, I don't have a clue.
