[newbie] MDK 9.1: WINE, XCDRoast installed, but where are they?

I installed WINE and XCDRoast off the MDK 9.1 CDs' , and I know they�re 
there, because it gives me WINE specific error messages when I type 
�wine� into the console. How do I get them to appear on the K menu? Am I 
right looking for them in the �bin� directory?
