A list of RPMs, their version number, their dependencies, and description.
I've never once read a description because I know what I want before I look
for it, so I use synthesis.hdlist.cz because it doesn't include the 
descriptions and is therefor a much smaller and faster download.

The hdlist path is relative to the folder that contains the RPMs themselves.

It's usually in one of two places: in ../base or in the RPM folder itself. 

You'd think it more logical to standardize the location (such as in the RPM
folder itself) so you never have to think about it. But there you go.
