You must download speedmgmt.tar.gz and unpack it to get the mgmt.o
file. That said I couldn't find speedmgmt.tar.gz on the web address
mentioned last time I looked. I didn't look well enough or the 
website changed or I had the wrong address...

If the mgmt.o file is not obtainable from the web address mentioned
in the mandrake setup wizard a bug report should be filed I think.

I can sent you speedmgmt.tar.gz of list if you want, it's about
280 KB.

The internet connection setup wizard should work 
straightforward with your modem.
