I get slightly aggravated when I have to help someone with a dial up connection these days. Now about those other systems that you plan to leave on dial up.....connection sharing, a cheap box running a firewall as a gateway/router with a few cables and a switch/hub plus investing a bit of time. :-) Are you sure you can restrain yourself _that much?_ <maniacal laughter> Happy to have helped.
