Well, then this is revised:

The "Earl Grey drinkers that love scones and jam" and "The Guiness
drinkers that love jellied eels" - is that more "Class" correct?

Yep, that's pretty much it. Personally, I've never scene a jellied eel in my life, but that's not a class thing, it's that eels are a southern dish, as far as I can tell.
