TWo options.  One you could take the cowards way out ;-) and reinstall 
Mandrake on the big drive and then use diskdrake to delete the linux 
partitions on the 20Gig drive, and then resize the windows partition to take 
ful advantage of the small drive, or two, you could read the hard drive 
upgrade mini HOWTO at tldp.org and transfer your existing install to the new 
drive.
