When nos ound program runs it nothing comes from command.
$ /sbin/fuser -v /dev/dsp
but when xmms is run I get as follows in mdk9.1
$ /sbin/fuser -v /dev/dsp

                     USER        PID ACCESS COMMAND
/dev/dsp             lvgandhi   1750 f....  artsd
