[newbie] NetScape 128bit encrypted

Hello List,
 I am sending this to the list in the hope that someone can point me to a
128bit encryption enabled version of netscape that I can run on my
Linux-Mandrake. I would appreeeciate any info as this has become
necessary for me to continue to do my banking via the web
