Typically, wineX installs a .transgaming folder in your home directory
which has a symbolic link called Transgaming_drive also in your home
directory. All I have done in the past is to go into that directory and
find where I installed the program and delete the directory, like this:

cd Transgaming_drive/Program\ Files/
rm -rf Max\ Payne

Just an example, mind you. This should free up the disk space
associated with the game/program.
