Typically, wineX installs a .transgaming folder in your home directory which has a symbolic link called Transgaming_drive also in your home directory. All I have done in the past is to go into that directory and find where I installed the program and delete the directory, like this:
cd Transgaming_drive/Program\ Files/ rm -rf Max\ Payne Just an example, mind you. This should free up the disk space associated with the game/program. ++alan On Thu, 2003-06-19 at 14:30, manolis wrote: > Hi, > > I installed in my mandrake 9.1, wineX to test its capabilities. > I tried max payne game. > The game works great but: > I cannot figure out how to uninstall this game. > Also I tried with wineX mathematica 4.0 (I know wineX is for games) no luck > here, but also I cannot find the way to uninstall it. > > > Thank you. > -- Alan Carbutt Systems Administrator/Programmer Adams State College 719-587-7741 [EMAIL PROTECTED]
