Sometimes, too, it is a problem that few know about, and maybe the one person who can help is away or on holiday. I understand the frustration too, but it is always worth trying the question again a few days later. It sometimes helps, too, to think whether re-wording the subject line might better get the attention of the right person. HTH Anne
