Oops, missed the start of this thread, as usual. :-)

Anyways, if its UT2003, the installer is actually (shock! Horror!) on the CDs
in the retail box. You just have to look for it. Also, it asks for the disks
using different names than whats on the CDs. The CD key entry is very "exact"
as well. It does work (and how - takes almost 3 gigs of HD space!)

If its Unreal Tournament, it depends on what version you are using.

If its the "Game of the Year" edition, I use:
ut-install-436-GOTY.run

If its the other set, I use:
ut-install-436.run

There is also an installer from Tux Games that is on CD. I've used it a couple
of times as well, but sometimes it does not decompress the maps from the CDs
like its supposed to. I archived the maps from my existing install, or you
can grab them from a Windows install, if available. Burm them to CD and keep
them handy. I'd recommend this.

Hmm, I know there's a web page that details all this. :-)

Has some stuff, as well as the Linux Gamers FAQ. Its at icculus.org but I
can't get there right now.

HTHs!
