You must be behind on current events.  Deno is no longer working with
Mandrakesoft, at least not officially.  Email is not supposed to be sent
to him.  However use  of the Club forums will probably get some attention
paid to the matter.

Try that and if that doesn't work then more stringent methods can be
explored.
