[newbie] Need Drivers!

I am trying to find a driver for a Microsoft MN-110 USB Ethernet Adapter.  I am not really sure where to look.  Can anyone offer any suggestions?  Do drivers exist for this product (since it is Microsoft after all).  Is there a suitable substitute for a driver?   Wade
