Install Mozilla for Windows, and import the IE favorites to Mozilla. Copy the bookmarks.html file for Winsux Mozilla to your .mozilla directory. The good news is you'll only have to do this once, because after using Moz's tabbed browsing and popup disabling function, you'll never want to use IE again.
