Try the attached file. If that plays OK then you don't need a soundfont 
with your card.

In fact the easiest way is probably to use the rosegarden mapper.
Tracks->Remap Instruments->Instrument
but I couldn't get it to do anything. Maybe you need to conact the 
rosegarden people and ask them
