Especially in light of the recent "enforcement" of the Red Hat name. 
Yes, I know that the things RH complained about in those cases are
completely different than what's going on here.

Mandrake long ago shed it's notion of RH++, I have to agree with John
that the best way to do that is to remind people when it's hinted at.
