Normally if there is one it will have a link to download the gpg sig for that 
provider. For instance texstar has his gpg key available here:
http://www.pclinuxonline.com/gpgkey.html 
So any of the rpm packages he makes available have that signature attached. 
That is the way I understand it any how. HTH
