Sure.
Good: Dillo is quick, super fast. Blazing. Did i mention fast?
Bad: It doesn't support https and frames and such, so some sites don't
work with it, at least not yet.
Bookmarks section is very minimal on features.
Soooo, i have it set up to be my default browser: sylpheed sends me
there, local html files, etc.
And when i get to a page that it can't render or that i want to
bookmark, i right click to open the page in firebird.
Thanks to Todd, there's a a Dillo 7.3 with the external browser patch:

If you try it, goto ~/.dillo/dillorc put the line
external_browser=mozilla (or whatever) there.
