Mandrake menus are managed in the 'Debian way'
Each RPM package will drop a menu information file in
/usr/lib/menu/package_name . You can edit these files to alter the menu entry
for an application or you can add your own files for custom menu entries

After each package is installed update-menus is run to process these files and
put menu entries in the menu of each window manager.
The syntax of the menu entries is customised for each WM by a file
/etc/menu-methods/wm_name

So if you delete /etc/menu-methods/icewm the icewm menus will no longer be
updated and you will have to edit them by hand every time you install a
package. (bad news)

A little study will allow you to understand the structure of these files to
allow your menus to look however you want them to.

See man update-menus
