Have you tried going through the Wizard in Mandrake Control Centre>Networking ? According to this site http://www.seattlewireless.net/index.cgi/HardwareComparison WMP11 uses the prism chip set and so should be detected by the wizard, although there is a comment that later versions uses a Broadcom chip set for which there is no Linux driver.
