You can try Archmage, find it here: http://archmage.sourceforge.net/ Or Xchm which you can get here: http://xchm.sourceforge.net/ Or you can use wine and install winhelp.exe which does work, docs for that on the wine site, or you can use Crossover office which has built in viewer capability, with hh.exe, I think.
