I have a dual boot windows/mandrake9.1 with lilo boot loader.
I kept windows around for some games but thats over now,
(been have'in good luck with wine) so I'm getting rid of
windows. Now I have a 30G and a 15G drive and the first 8G
of the 30G(hda) is windows the rest of the first drive and
the secondrive is devoted to mandrake.I would like to remove
windows and install gentoo.Can I leave my mdk istall alone
and format the first 8G to install gentoo? Would lilo and the
OS's accept that? Also is there a way to shift on the fly from
mdk to gentoo with out rebooting?
Love mdk and dont want to mess it up with my adventures, but wanted to experiment with gentoo (learning about
compiling,installing,optimizing,etc...)
