I bought the subscription power pack starting with 9.1. From what the site
said, mandrake would also send 9.2 and the next version out when it becomes
available. I have since moved and need my address changed. There is more to
this so please keep reading. I have been trying to contact someone for the
last 2 months to try and change it. Should be simple right? Just call em up
and give them some info so they knows its legit and its changed. Well every
time I call I get the answering machine (Calling the 1 909 341-8794 number)
and leave my name, number and so on. Well now about 20 calls later I have
yet to hear anything. Also, I tried to use the online system to have an
email sent to have this issue resolved. Again, as of yet I have yet to
hear/see anything.

Now my question is, How to I now go about changing my address and/or finding
out if it has already been changed? As of right now I am serious thinking of
switching which would be sad as I have used mandrake since it started but
this is just ridiculous.
