Hmm, did my earlier e-mail not get thru? "mp32ogg" does what you want. Just
open a shell, go to the directory in question and type this:
mp32ogg *.mp3
It will convert and rename the mp3 files to ogg...
Of course, Todds' script probably does it better. :-)
