[newbie] MDK 9.2/Mozilla 1.5/Realplayer/XMMS

I've installed 9.2 and its up and running.  I removed Mozilla 1.4 and 
replaced it with Mozilla 1.5.  All my bookmarks are still there.  Many 
of those bookmarks are audio URLs ... .ram, .ra, .slps, etc.  Mozilla 
1.3/1.4 used to pass them directly to their respective helper aps ... 
Realplayer,  XMMS, etc.

Mozilla 1.5 opens a BLANK page with the bookmarked URL in the "location 
bar" (or the Download mgr) and only then passes the URL to the helper 
ap.  It uses the download mag for stuff that will ultimately be 
processed by XMMS.

Is there anyway to cure Mozilla 1.5 of this annoying habit?
