When 9.2 boots and if my webcam is plugged into the USB port, the machine pauses to "check for new hardware" ... for up to 10 minutes ... and then finally completes the boot. If the webcam is not plugged in, the delay is only momentary.
Where can I look to see what is going on. Is this "normal" for USB webcams?
